Optiphos

Optiphos is the most technologically advanced and most active phytase product available for livestock.

Why Optiphos?

Enspira

A new & complex blend of carbohydrase enzymes that are proven to reduce the dietary energy in broiler diets. The addition of non-starch polysaccharidases (NSPases) to the diet may aid in the digestion of NSP’s and release of monosaccharides from the dietary cellulose and hemicelluloses components.

Enspira is a blend of culture extracts from two fungal organisms that produce the broadest range of hydrolytic enzymes required for degrading a variety of NSP’s present in corn, SBM, and wheat. The enzymes contained in Enspira include xylanase, β-glucanase, and α-galactosidase.

An optimum mix of NSPases is required to both reduce the viscosity of the gut contents and to facilitate the release of nutrients (i.e. proteins and trace nutrients) trapped by insoluble forms of NSP’s. Enzyvia’s focused selection of the Aspergillus and Trichoderma NSPase combination in Enspira is designed to improve both the number and variety of enzymes capable of completely degrading the different fiber components present in corn, SBM, and DDG’s diets.

Broilers supplemented with Enspira have shown an increase in body weight and feed conversion.

Ingredients: roughage products, dehydrated Aspergillus niger fermentation extract, dried Trichoderma reesei, and calcium carbonate. Inclusion rate: Mix at the rate of 0.25 lbs per 2000 lbs of complete feed. Packaging: Enspira is packaged in 55.1 lbs (25kg) sealed and moisture proof polyethylene-lined bags. 40 bags/pallet.

Minimum guaranteed analysis:

Xylanase (from Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei) – 350 U/g* *Unit= micromoles of total reducing sugars (glucose equivalent) released per minute at 30°C and pH 4.0.

Also contains the following from Aspergillus niger: Beta-glucanase, Alpha-galactosidase and from Trichoderma reesei: cellulase.
